Good questions.
Straight answers.
What is Vikt?
A coaching platform for personal trainers and online coaches. You run your business from a web dashboard, and your clients get an iPhone app for their plans, check-ins and chat.
Does the AI message my clients?
No. The AI suggests recipes for meal plans, and you review and activate a plan before a client sees it. Replies to check-ins and messages come from you.
How is client data protected?
Each coach's clients are kept apart in the database, coaches sign in with two-step verification, and check-in photos are visible only to the client and their coach.
What do my clients need?
The Vikt app for iPhone. Clients can also use Vikt in a web browser.
Where do the nutrition values come from?
From food databases, not from the AI. Vikt uses the Swedish Food Agency's database, with USDA data as a backup.
Do you help me find clients?
Yes. Every coach gets a personal account manager, and our team can run ads and SEO to help fill your client list.
