The service
Vikt gives coaches tools to run their coaching business: meal plans, training programs, check-ins, chat and payments. Clients use Vikt to follow their coach’s plans and stay in touch.
Accounts
Coaches invite their clients. Keep your login details to yourself and tell us at hello@vikt.ai if you think someone else has used your account.
Coaching advice
The coach is responsible for the advice and plans they give their clients. Vikt is a tool and does not give medical advice. AI suggestions in Vikt are drafts that the coach reviews before a client sees them.
Payments
Clients pay their coach through Stripe. The price and terms of the coaching are agreed between the coach and the client.
Fair use
Don’t use Vikt to break the law, to harm others or to get at data that isn’t yours.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll tell you before a change that affects you takes effect.
