Who we are
Vikt is a coaching platform for personal trainers and online coaches. Questions about your data: hello@vikt.ai.
What we collect
Account details: name, email address and a hashed password.
Coaching data that clients enter: weight, measurements, check-in answers, photos, food and training logs, and messages.
Payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers.
Technical data needed to run the service, such as error logs.
Why we process it
To provide the coaching service the client has agreed on with their coach. Health data is used only for that service.
Who can see it
The client and their coach. Each coach’s clients are kept separate from other coaches’ clients. Our staff access data only when it is needed to run or support the service.
Services we use
We use providers for hosting and database, card payments (Stripe), nutrition data (the Swedish Food Agency), recipes (Edamam) and exercise content (MuscleWiki).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Write to hello@vikt.ai.
